As you can all see in the news scroll if you look to the right of the site, CotS has got two new rules in the rules thread. The additions are in white and though they don't pertain to how we expect you to behave, they will clear up confusion if you find WIP apps deleted or accounts deleted, and I highly suggest you read them to avoid getting angry at us for sticking true to them if something happens.
