HOPE SEIZES THE UNREASONABLE
ACHIEVES THE IMPOSSIBLE
IF YOU LOOK UP, THERE IS NO LIMIT
Ask Whitey where it is. ;)
name,Bluevine
age,30 moons
gender,female
clan,stormclan
position,Queen
appearance,Bluevine is mostly a blue-gray color with white on her belly, chest, muzzle, and legs as well as a strip on her head. The white is interwoven with the blue in some places, causing a vine-like pattern. Her fur is medium length, lending a wispy look to her outline. Her limbs are long and thin, giving her a nearly fragile appearance. Bluevine also sports pale yellow-green eyes, unlike both of her parents green eyes. A gentle smile is her usual expression, especially when looking at Darklight or her kits, and she is rarely seen in a bad mood.
personality,Loving
If there were ever a more loving cat in the clan, then they would be overshadowed by Bluevine. She has a large heart and it never seems to run out of space for the clan. She is, perhaps, the single most loving cat in all of the clans. She loves all of her kits equally, though seems to favor Rosekit.
Stubborn
If there is something that Bluevine believes in, you had better bet that she would stand by it fiercely. She is very stubborn and is set in her ways. Only about certain things, though. Don't get her wrong, however. She may be stubborn, but she is open minded. If one can prove her wrong on something, she will listen to them with interest. A cat is never too old to learn!
Gentle
She is the epitome of gentleness. Bluevine will take great care with everything she does. Whether it's repairing part of the camp, or playing with kits, this she-cat is always careful with what she does. But don't let her gentleness fool you. Bluevine is, in fact, a fierce warrior and will protect those she loves with all the strength of ten cats.
history,Born as Bluekit, she was just as quiet and gentle then as she would be as an adult. While playing with the other kits in the nursery, she would never pounce on them with all of her strength like they would. Mostly because she didn’t want any unnecessary trips to the medicine den. But if anything else, Bluekit was stubborn! If she didn’t want to do something, she sat down and pouted. Her mother, Dapplefoot, would simply sigh and let her be. There was no use in bothering such a stubborn kit. Her father, Longstreak, on the other paw, would simply pick her up in his jaws and deposit her in the apprentice den. He would say, “If you think you’re grown, then you belong in here.” That was usually enough to have her scampering back to her mother in fear. She didn’t want to be an apprentice before her time.
Bluekit soon grew up into Bluepaw, a long-limbed and lanky apprentice. Her blue-tinged fur was her trademark of course, and everyone could tell it was her that was mooning after Shadow paw (along with most of the other female apprentices). But being a few moons behind him, five to be exact, Bluepaw was out of her league for the time being. That never stopped her, though. She was determined to show Shadowpaw that she could be a good warrior while being gentle. When he graduated to become Darklight, she cheered the loudest, proud of him for becoming an amazing warrior. How she hoped to become a great warrior like him. Bluepaw studied her hardest and became a warrior six moons after him.
Bluevine, named for the blue-tinged fur that invaded the white like vines, knew that she was in love with Darklight before he did. Her mother instructed her on how to try and woo a tom. Telling her the ways she won over Longstreak, who had gone to StarClan right after Bluevine’s ceremony, Dapplefoot outlined the best way to win the tom she was after. Be yourself. So that’s what she did. She was herself, and would always smile to him when she passed by. It was not the best way to find out, but when Darklight was in a confrontation with Dustflint, his long time rival, he blurted it out and then ran off. But nonetheless, it had Bluevine smiling in a very moony way for days after.
Everything worked out in the end. They became mates and had a litter of kittens, Rosekit being her personal favorite (which she vehemently denies that she has a favorite). Her loving nature, a loyalty on its own, was the best thing for her and by extension, Darklight. Stubbornness too. For if it were not for that, Darklight would have been killed. She knew her kits needed her, but something was bothering her about the rogue hunt that her mate had gone on. She knew that something bad was going to happen. So, leaving her kits in the care of one of the other queens, Bluevine tracked her mate down and found him in a battle with a rogue tom. She charged down and knocked the tom off of her mate and caused him enough of a fright for him to bolt off of the territory. But the fight wasn't over yet. Darklight had been badly injured. With the help of some of her clan mates, they brought him back to the medicine den and had the medicine cat fix him up. For Bluevine, the wait for him to get well was agony. It was a rough few days as they waited to see if he would make it. Whenever she got a chance, Bluevine would sit in front of the den and ask all sorts of questions of the medicine cat. Soon enough, however, Darklight made it through the worst part and was well enough to resume his warrior duties. Her heart swelled with gladness and she certainly engaged him in public displays of her affection on more than one occasion.
